4. Orders and Payment

  • An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you promptly if an item cannot be fulfilled and process a refund where payment has already been made.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation; these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or address provided.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Ira's Avenue name, logo, product images, descriptions, graphics, and design — is the property of ICHHA FASHIONS LLP or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.
