Domestic Delivery

What you pay depends on where a piece comes from: pieces we hold and pieces made to order by the label are charged separately. Your bag shows the delivery charge for your order before you pay, and checkout confirms it once you give your address.

Held in house

Pieces we hold are packed and sent by us, and carry one delivery charge for the order however many pieces it is.

Made to order

Made-to-order pieces are cut and shipped by the label itself, and each sets its own charge. It is charged once per label, not per piece — two pieces from the same maker travel together. These pieces ship separately, direct from the label, so an order that mixes them with held pieces arrives as more than one parcel and is split accordingly at checkout.
